It is the renters responsibly to ensure EVERY person that will be onboard the craft at any time during the rental period completes these forms. Renter is responsible for printing and retaining these forms for the duration of the rental. The renter agrees that all riders of the Jet Ski/PWC will each sign their own PARTICIPANT AGREEMENT, RELEASE AND ASSUMPTION OF RISK and PROTECTIVE WET SUIT REFUSAL AGREEMENT.  Anyone that has not signed a PARTICIPANT AGREEMENT, RELEASE AND ASSUMPTION OF RISK and PROTECTIVE WET SUIT REFUSAL AGREEMENT, the renter takes full responsibility for that individual.
