WHAT’S INCLUDED & OPTIONS

What’s included with the rental?

Each rental includes two Sea-Doo Sparks on a two-place trailer.
Up to six adult life jackets are included. Child-sized life jackets are not provided.
Each rental also includes two sand anchors and two gas cans.

Do you offer a 4-place trailer?

Yes. A 4-place trailer is available when renting four jet skis.
A four-day minimum rental is required to use the 4-place trailer.
This option works well for large groups or families.

LOGISTICS & PREP

What are the pickup and drop-off times?

Pickup begins at 7:00 AM on the first rental day.
Drop-off is required by 8:00 PM on the final day of the rental.

Timing may be flexible depending on adjacent bookings. Please contact us with questions.

What do I need to tow the machines?

Your vehicle must have a hitch with a 2-inch ball and a 4-pin trailer light connector.

What do I need to bring at pickup?

A valid driver’s license and a credit or debit card are required at pickup.

Do I need to sign forms?

Yes. All required rental forms must be completed before equipment is released.
Each operator must complete and sign their own agreement.

COMMON CLARIFICATIONS

How much is the security deposit?

The security deposit is $500 per machine and is due upon pickup.
It will be refunded after the machines are inspected for damage upon return.

When do I pay for the rental?

A 50% booking deposit is required to reserve your dates.
The remaining rental balance and the full security deposit are due at pickup.

Do you offer insurance?

Redline Water Rentals carries liability insurance only.
The machines themselves are not insured.
Renters are responsible for any damage incurred during the rental period.

How much fuel is in the machines?

Machines are provided with a full tank of fuel.
They must be returned fully fueled.

What about boat decontamination?

If you visit lakes contaminated with Quagga Mussels, including Lake Powell, Lake Mead, or Lake Havasu, decontamination is required. Documentation must be provided upon return. Additional requirements and fees are outlined in the Rental Policies Summary.
