Cancellation Policy and Rental Terms And Conditions
Cancellation Policy:
Any cancellations over 30 days will be charged a 5% cancellation fee on your deposit. Any cancellations between 11 and 30 days will receive a 50% refund of your deposit. No refunds 10 days or less. No refunds or cancellations due to weather.
Rental Deposit:
To reserve your dates, we require you to pay 50% of your rental as a booking deposit. The $1000 security deposit and remainder of the rental will be paid upon pickup.
The security deposit is $500 per machine and is due when the machines are picked up. The security deposit will be returned once the machines have been inspected for any damage other than normal wear and tear. We reserve the right to hold your security deposit for up to 30 days.
Pickup and Drop-off Times:
Drop off by 8 PM on the last day of the rental and pickup is 7 AM or later on the first day of the rental. There may be flexibility on drop-off and pickup times, depending on the previous or next rental date/time. Please reach out if you have any questions.
Prior to Rental:
Be sure your vehicle has a hitch with a 2” ball and a 4-way connector for trailer lights.
It's always a good idea to familiarize yourself with boating laws. Here is a link to State of Utah Rules and Regulations.
Utah law requires anyone who launches on Utah lakes to have taken the free course and have that document with them when they launch. Complete the course here.
During Rental:
The machines come fully fueled when picked up, and must be returned the same way.
The machines come with sand anchors that, when used, should be spaced 15’-20’ from each other to prevent impact of the machines in choppy water.
Absolutely NO beaching the machines on the shore. The machines must be in at least 3’ of water at all times. Starting the engine in shallow water can suck up rocks and damage the impeller and jet pump.
The machines are NOT allowed to be docked. Any damage from docking the machines will be assessed and billed accordingly.
Returning the Rental:
The machines need to be cleaned, washed, and returned with all accessories.
Indemnification:
