RENTAL POLICIES SUMMARY

This page provides a summary of key rental policies for Redline Water Rentals.
All rentals are governed by the signed Rental Agreement, which will be sent prior to pickup and must be completed before equipment is released.

Cancellation Policy

Any cancellations over 30 days will be charged a 5% cancellation fee on your deposit.
Any cancellations between 11 and 30 days will receive a 50% refund of your deposit.
No refunds for cancellations made 10 days or less before the scheduled pickup date.
No refunds or cancellations due to weather.

Payment and Deposits

A 50% booking deposit is required to reserve rental dates.
The remaining rental balance and security deposit are due at pickup.

The security deposit is $500 per machine.
Security deposits may be held for up to 30 days following return to allow for inspection.

Pickup and Return Times

Pickup begins at 7:00 AM on the first day of the rental.
Drop-off is required by 8:00 PM on the final day of the rental.

Pickup and return times may vary slightly depending on adjacent rentals.

Operator Age Requirements

The renter must be at least 21 years of age.
All operators must be at least 18 years of age.
No individual under 18 years of age may operate the watercraft, regardless of state law.

Late Return Fees

Equipment returned after the agreed return time will be charged a late fee of $50 per 30-minute increment, or portion thereof.

Late fees may be charged to the card on file.

Fuel Policy

Watercraft are provided fully fueled.
Watercraft must be returned fully fueled.

If refueling is required, fuel will be charged at $10 per gallon with a $50 minimum charge.

Aquatic Invasive Species and Decontamination

Utah law requires watercraft to be properly cleaned, drained, and dried between bodies of water.

If equipment is used on contaminated waters such as Lake Powell, proper decontamination is required prior to return.

Failure to provide proof of required decontamination will result in a $250 decontamination fee.

General Use Restrictions

Watercraft may not be beached, docked, or operated or anchored in water less than 3 feet deep.

Damage resulting from improper use may be charged to the renter.

Rental Agreement

All renters and operators are required to complete and sign the Rental Agreement and required forms prior to pickup.

The signed Rental Agreement governs all rentals and supersedes this summary.
